The hot runner temperature control box, also known as the hot runner temperature controller, is a device that continuously maintains the required temperature value of the hot runner system. It is composed of a temperature control card, air switch, box, fan, wiring base, and cables. The temperature control box detects the temperature of the hot runner system through an internal temperature control card, and adjusts the output power to maintain a stable temperature at the target point. The temperature control box is controlled by a microprocessor, with a temperature control accuracy of up to 0.5 ℃; Dual row LED digital display with multiple fault status displays and alarms, enabling timely detection and resolution of problems; The output interface adopts international standard industrial sockets, widely used in heat flow systems around the world; The K-type and J-type thermocouples can be interchanged with each other.

A temperature control box is a device that continuously maintains the required temperature value. It mainly detects the temperature of the heating channel through the intelligent computer chip (MCU) inside the watch core, and then processes the internal data of the intelligent computer to output an appropriate proportion of current value to achieve temperature control. The accuracy and stability of temperature control mainly depend on the following important factors:
1> Temperature measurement: sampling period parameters, data filtering processing to determine temperature, measurement circuit temperature compensation to determine temperature measurement accuracy;
2> PID control: By adjusting and reflecting the proportion of output current, the relevant parameters include proportional segments, integral time differentiation time;
3> PIDD control: Through phase angle control, the relevant parameters include proportional segment, integration time, and differentiation time;
4> Automatic adjustment: By analyzing the capacitance of the heating wire and the thermal constant of the mold, it provides the function of its dominant factor (with latent heat and heat dissipation), which helps to accurately control temperature no matter how the environment changes.
5> Output mode: It can be changed according to the environment. SSR (PIDD) mode: precise temperature control can be achieved, but the noise of the power supply is much higher than that of PWM mode.
PWM (PID) mode: Low current noise, but poor control ability for specific temperatures compared to SSR mode.
